Return of Reckoning

Greetings Everybody I (re)discovered this recently and am determined to aid Order with my efforts. I love both sides but my understanding is that Order needs more numbers and historically in these types of games I prefer the underdogs so I believe Order is the way to go there.

I played the original release and was very surprised, after trying a variety of classes on both sides, that SwordMaster dps was the one I enjoyed the most. I tried almost every class to some degree and am trying a few that I didn't get into on the first go around. So currently it is SM Main and a Runepriest close behind (which was one I didn't play my first time around and I like it so far).

Probably don't need to tell you this but this game is amazing! Especially after revisiting WoW Classic recently, this game has so many mechanics that should have advanced the MMO genre further. The map layouts with RvR zones in each is by FAR the best aspect of this game! Getting a level 10 Character... jumping into Tier 1 RvR and immediately being transported back in time to how great it was back then is a trip! The Tome of Knowledge is another aspect I love, keeping track of everything my character has done and seen and using it to guide my travels! This fuels the exploration part of me.

I'm having fun and taking my time, trying alts but will generally be focusing on my SM named Dendron. I am slightly noobish but these days am actually a MUCH better player than I was my first time around! I'm noticing notes in tooltips that I swear were not there originally . So I feel I am a much more present and competent player than I ever was before.

Just so you know, the population balance fluctuates, sometimes quite a lot in a short period of time.

So while I recommend playing what you want, it's always a good idea to have characters on both sides if you like playing the underdog.

Also, for SM a lot of people recommend using the Plan B addon. You can find it, along with any other addon that works for RoR, here: https://tools.idrinth.de/addons/

Thank you for the welcome and advice. I have already made some Destro but these are more placeholders for future play than my current focus. Started with a Magus, which I didn't play much originally and maybe a WE as I didn't play any Dark Elves in my original run. I like Greenskins and will Def make a Shammy and we will see from there. But first, I will focus on Order, and specifically my SM.
