Return of Reckoning

When you first enter a RVR zone, you get a countdown for how soon you get flagged.

Where is the setting to toggle that showing up or not? I somehow turned it off, but there are times I find it useful, so I'd like to have that countdown timer showing up again.

Still looking for this setting. It doesn't appear to be tied to a panel in the interface being hidden, or one of the center chat settings being toggled off.
