Return of Reckoning

How does this morale work?
She turns me into a Wyrm, does not increase damage, hangs some kind of debuff on enemies, which he gives so I did not understand.

It's bugged, its supposed to summon a wyrm that attacks people around. But it turns you and the range is small.
