Return of Reckoning

I am looking for ideas and recommendations for the highest burst build/gear/tactic/rotation from stealth ignoring all personal defense...glass cannon and "yolo". The goal is kill light/medium armor before the KD is over. It's works sometimes, pending crit and procs...but not consistent enough (granted, only one night playing around).

Current build:
RoR.builders - Witch Elf

Tactics:
Increased Pain (+50% crit), Frenzied Mayhem (+25% frenzy) , Flanking (+15% dmg behind), Masterful Treachery (+15% dmg for 10s)

Gear:
Sov: Shoulder, Chest, Gloves, Back, Jewel (+15% crit dmg)
Tri: jewel, belt
WL: feet, helm
Fortress and BS dagger (+5% dmg)
2pc genesis

Linement: str + melee pwr
Tri: +melee pwr talis
All str talis

RR:
Opportunist IV, Might V, Random 1

Crit: 33%, DmgBonus: 261
Kiss of Agony

Rotation:
Opener, Pierce Armor, AW, ElixerPower, HeartSeeker, RuthlessAssault

Maybe try Suffering path with Witchbrew+AW spam?

RA is physical attack and need high weapon skill+Bleeding edge tactics.

I would also drop Masterfull Trachery for Whirling Blades.

I use 2 different build..

First, basic gank spec

RoR.builders - Witch Elf

Taste of Blood or Masterful Treachery in the last slot tactic (ToB against pet class or BW).
EOIP>Opener>PA>KD>AW>Puncture is generally the go to kill.

Second, witchbrew (require 6sov)

Work very in scenario or against WH. My favorite glass build.

Gear wise, i run either 5 sov 3 lotd 3 triumphant or 6 sov 3 lotd 2 triumphant
