Return of Reckoning

I haven't played in years, but I decided to come back only to find all my characters are gone. I did manage to find a few of them through the armory.

I thought I had others, but it's been a long time. Is there anyway to get them restored?

Characters haven't been deleted, but the names would've been freed up for other players to take. If your characters are missing entirely when you log in then are you sure you're logged into the right account?

I only remember having one account, but it was so long ago that I could be wrong. I'll dig through my emails and see if anything turns up.
