Hello, as the title indicates, why did I get triumphant gloves if I bought the boots? I was exchanging my warcrest I bought the belt and also bought the triumphant boots, what was my surprise when I saw my inventory the belt and instead of the boots the gloves, there can be some kind of solution to this, I don't mind losing the difference warcrest but I don't need the gloves at all and I think it was due to some kind of failure in desinc or lag

Turn on buy-warning in your options and double check next time. There are no refunds, even if it was a bug, which I doubt, too many pieces are bought server wide without complaints.

The worst thing is that I have that option activated due to a mistake one day, but I didn't bother to read what it said, there should be an option to exchange the pieces for the crests that cost you to avoid these errors

Then people buy items, use them for appearance and sell them again. Who knows what more serious exploits people find, the player base is quite creative.
It still sucks to waste crests but after all you didn't paid enough attention as misclicks are harmless, when you double check each time the buy warning appears.

This would be actually funny sight, I assume the gold price for conq/vanq would went up to the sky into regions of like 250-300g a piece and it would be used only by rich players to buy enough warcrasts to jump into sov after they did all of leveling.

It could also be a 50% return, it could not necessarily be everything, with how easy it is to obtain the ward now doing pve it is not necessary to do all that, but let's not divert the subject
