Character has disappeared over night

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a maximum amount of characters you can have per side before one gets deleted? I ask this because I had a lvl 24 sorc which has just magically disappeared from my account over night
I would appreciate any intake in the matter.

Hey,
You can create max. 20 characters. Once you hit the 20, you aren't able to create more. Did you get a second page?
Can you find your character in our armory page? If yes, you can PM a GM or write a GM ticket to recreate your character.
