Return of Reckoning

Howdy~
I have been trying to complete the quest Call of the Hunt in Chrace for a bit; I have the three high elf heads, but am now looking for the pikes to place them on. The red quest marking suggests they're somewhere in Tor Achare, but I have searched it fairly exhaustively; anyone know where they are?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

They are currently bugged on live, and will be fixed within the next patch
