restore old characters

I played some years ago and had a lvl 40 kotbs and an lvl 38 wp. They both show up in the armory but with weird items e.g like engie chest.

So, that does not really bother me, but is it possible to restore the characters? The account is still the same. I just resettet the password. Would be nice if I can get an info on this topic. Thx in advance!

Hey,

if your characters are still showing up in the armory, then there is hope :D
jump ingame and open a GM ticket that you lost your two toons.
