Return of Reckoning

Made a stack of Lasting Ash Howl Potions and Lasting Fulminating Blast Potions and getting the same thing when i click on the items. This item cant be used yet. Are they broken on purpose or is this a bug?

Blast Potions have been disabled for a while (mid-2020?) due to the client stuttering they could cause if a lot were used at once.
