Sorcerer 3 tactics bug

Bug may be present on BW as well, but I can't tell, cause I don't play BW. Already sent bug report thru game client, but don't know if it worked.
Seems it works only with one Sorc tactic, but I guess same results can be achieved with other debuffing on certain skills usage tactics.
The bug can be reproduced as follows: Equip tactic Grasping Darkness, then re-equip any other (I used Endless Knowledge & Piercing shadows). As a result - you get the benefit of currently equipped tactics(ie +int and damage to enemy from backlash) PLUS the debuff which comes from Grasping Darkness on chillwind/doombolt hit (tested it in PVE and duel and it's not just visual bug, it debuffs other character)
