Blighted Marshes Brown dye

Hi all, I would like to know if the Blighted Marshes Brown dye (or Devlan Mud) is still available somewhere. I have some parts of the armor colored with this color but I don't remember where I found it.

In the meantime use pocket pallette addon to properly dye your character.
