Inventory Bug

This is the 2nd time this has happened now.
It starts with inventory not having an icon image for the item (got 2 new items from sc drops). you do a .rel and then the whole interface for the bag screws up.
The last time I had to uninstall all my addons and redownload and recreate my UI.
Is there any way to fix this?
