Return of Reckoning

Hi I am unable to use my keybindings, ie. the standard hotbar 1~= is not working, I can hear the sound when I press a key, so it is registering that I am pressing something, but the actual skill will not initiate, I have to manually click the skill for it to work.

Help would be appreciated, thank you!
