Character calrista white lion

My character is stuck, new to the website never had issues with the game so never have created a ticket or know how to, all my other characters i log into just fine. this one wont seem to load anymore, kicks me back to the loading screen. any help is much appreciated, Have blessed and fortunate day

During the first loading screen try typing /st twice in chat or ask a GM to teleport your character

if you're unable to log in with one of your characters, it's because there's a recurring bug that is caused by some random minor things that are almost impossible to completely track. We know it may be annoying but it shouldn't take long to get you back in-game by manually teleporting you.that's in the "[Support] I cannot log in with my character".
