getting an error when trying to launch.

I followed all the steps but the launcher keeps getting an error when I enter my login info.

I just downloaded the game and also got an error:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "E:\Warhammer\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe" wurde verweigert.

I read that and the only thing that seems similar to my case says something about a torrent but I didn't download the torrent I used the direct download Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Dave\Documents\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.

I already have it running as admin it still won't work.

Access was denied to the path or file WAR.exe!

Some torrent clients will write-protect the directory to which you downloaded the client. Remove the write-protection and try again. You may also try running the launcher with Administrator privileges.

I am not using a torrent client how exactly do I fix an issue for the torrent version when I am not using the torrent version and I already am running it as admin.
