Lose all War Crest after server restart 2022.12.02

All War Crests are gone. About150 - all that I managed to farm on t1. At the time of the restart, I was in the Gotland Advsnce (Empire Chapter 4). it's not that I'm sorry for 150 War Crests, it's my job to report the bug. Character: Allyourlove
