Shadow Prowler Bug:
After activating Shadow Prowler and entering "Prowling" the cooldown becomes active as expected, but this prevents de-activation of "Prowling".
Attacking seems to be the only way to exit the "Prowling" state unless you have been "Prowling" for long enough that the cooldown has expired.
If you are "Prowling" and the cooldown has expired you can use the Shadow Prowler hotkey to exit "Prowling" but this re-activates the cooldown upon exiting the "Prowling" state.
This prevents objective capturing when sneaking, and also prevents AP loss while in "Prowling" before the cooldown has expired if you intend to conserve AP.
There is a major impact on scenario performance to the point where Shadow Prowler serves as a self crowd control effect in many situations.
I am assuming players have adapted by using some kind of buff cancelling macro, but I can't find a solution in the stock interface.
