App for broken career builder links

Hey
I made a small converter for all of you that have old career builder links that display a gray page or don't work anymore because of the ID changes in the app. It simply takes the old URL, maps the old to new IDs and redirects you to the correct build URL.

Let me know of any issues since I couldn't test all the career builds.
