Mastery constantly reseting

My mastery points seem to be reseting constantly. Spent points do not show anymore.
I didn't experience anything like that on other chars so I wanted to ask whether the points are actually gone or just not shown.

Might be a grapic glitch because the dmg remains the same

Learned skills also remain, pointing at graphical issue.

Still it's one of those unpleasant visual issues.
