Having problem playing the game

My game stops at the character selection , never appears the characters and the letters at the box which explains you the running procces.. Picture Link

check file permissions.
Move the game folder out from program files if you have it there (directly to C: or D: etc).
Untick read-only by rightclicking on the Warhammer - Return of Reckoning folder and selecting properties.
Whitelist it on your firewall/antivirus
