Return of Reckoning

I submitted an in-game appeal yesterday morning.

This morning I received a notification that it had information being appended to it... I checked the appeal, it was gone and I couldn't view any information.

Your ticket was closed because we don't replace or refund items. This should have been in the message you received in-game.
