Return of Reckoning

After a decently long time i logged my IB again but its naked with its equipment in inventory but unable to equip the gear.
The only thing i am able to equip and unequip somehow are my green jewelry, weapon and cloak.

You should get an error message in your chat, which tells you why you can't equip the gear.
You most likely skipped a lot of items and don't have the ward unlocks in your tome of knowledge.
Check the armor page in your tome. It tells you what item you have to wear in order to get an unlock to use the next higher tier of items.
