Return of Reckoning

I'm trying to step through the 2FA set up walkthrough:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=32618

But I'm getting an error when I try to use the "Add Key" module:
"The selected module (Add new key) has not been found"

Is this feature still useable or am I just doing something wrong?
