Testing it at test dummys shows no sign of it doing anything. The debuff doesn't appear on BuffHead.

Is anyone able to share some info about how to get it to work or is the Warlord set for Shadow Warrior a trap/waste of time for anyone who is collecting it for anything other than the skin.

The warlord set is great for SW. It has a lot of useful stats on it for you. I really like the weapon skill bonus for 3 piece set. I use 3 warlords in combo with sov.
I haven't really payed attention to shadow sting heal debuff on the test dummies, but it works out in rvr and sc.

It absolutely works, just tested it.
