Return of Reckoning

I haven't played this game in a while and I decided to log back in after a long break, but when I load into the main menu, I don't have the ability to click on anything other than the "cinematic", "credits", "settings" and "quit" buttons on the bottom of the screen. I have nothing else to click on no characters or "play" button and nothing appears in the text block on the right side of the menu. Is there any way to fix this issue? I haven't tried a reinstall just a launcher repair and update.

I normally have something similar when I can't connect or the server goes down. Have you made sure your firewall isn't blocking any related connections?

Can't get to the character screen myself, server is online and will not load at all for me.
