RvR bags and empty postal envelopes.

Hello everyone,
there is a problem - bags from Rvr, come to the mail with empty envelopes, is this the case with everyone now? or tell me how to solve this problem.

I don't understand, did I ask for advice on how to play or where? on Sc or Ranked? Where did you see that I wrote about it in the topic? I asked where to get bags from Rvr, I am interested in this as it is one of the key aspects in the game, and especially since fragments of Genesis Accessories are tied to these notorious bags.
