[Suggestion] Renown account wide

Hello to all,
I know I'm about to get a lot of hate here, but I would suggest to make the renown rank account wide.
It will help with leveling new toons, it will provide some additional bonuses to lower lvl toons and in general give flexibility to the players - you want to get that RR80 for your mDPS but your realm needs a healer - go for it. I'm not asking for the rewards to be account wide as well - I do believe you still have to earn that gear. What do you think ?
