Return of Reckoning

Hi,

I'm a returning player (haven't played in 4ish years).
When I logged in with my toon, I saw that my equipment was in my bag and I cannot put it back on.
I get the following message:
"You don't have required tome of knowledge entry to equip this item: scout ward"

I didn't find info on the forum (if it exists, apologies); and idk what to do about it (I got a quest for the same item I have but I need to beat a Hero...which is not easy)

Item are duelist and stalker sets

There have been some changes for gear.

RvR & PvE sets are sharing the same wards now.

Open your Tome of Knowledge and checkout the "Armory" section.
Each ward builds on the previous one. So to wear Scout Ward gear you require the Recruit ward (and so on for higher wards).
See on your characters Tome of Knowledge what items you need to unlock all required wards.
