character locked in the loading screen

Hi support
At first, I had my warrior priest stock in some water "outside" the game. Then I used my "book" to get home to my questing area. Nothing happend. And now I cant log back in again?! His name is Heinreich if that matters
Dont know if its importat for you to know, but before this happende, my spells and abilities in my action bar changed places every time i had an ingame loadscreen?
