RvR stagnacy

Hi all,
i come back to the game around 2,3 months ago. I noticed that rvr in current state doesnt look like rvr. For mentioned period of time (i play like 3h per day) i experianced like just few pretty nice fights and interesting zones while more than 95% of time one side zerging pve keep and few guys from the opposite site camping wc and then numbers are changing and we have a mirror situation.
Tbh i dont have any idea how to fix that but it is pretty boring. Do U guys have any clues how can i change my mind? (dont tell about pve because there is much more better pve tittle than ror)
