Same for me. I even restarted my PC thinkin it was just me. Hmmm...

Same here. My button is now greyed out.
Before I restarted my Launcher, I was unable to log into my main character. It would just go to a loading screen and then dump me back into the main menu.

had the same problem, I left the launcher enabled for 20 minutes, it loaded the manifests by itself and the button became active
