Return of Reckoning

My Warrior priest Blockmongo is being forced a namechange, saying the name is a duplicate. Last time I was logged in on it was earlier this week or the last weekend. So inactivity has nothing to do with it.

It doesn't say any reason to why this happend. Was I reported? The character is over two years old so I don't see why it would be an issue now.
Is it a bug? is it a mistake? Please give me some advice and explain what happend.

That's the generic error message when a force rename is issued, and as a Swedish speaking GM i say it was a necessary rename based on the meaning of the name

Didn't think it was unacceptable since no one complained to me during all this time, but I'm not gonna argue if you think it's necessary.

I'll rename it next time I log on it.
