Game crashing

This only happens when I start a character in the empire zone, its fine if the music glitches out but if you reload character and music is ok it crashes almost immediately. Characters started in elven or Dwarven areas are fine. I really want to play a bright wizard though.

every time i enter scenario its crash, some times crashs onle the sound effekts but game is stil fine, halp me i dont know what to do

so i lika test itand its or krash game or only sounds, so i can play whitout sounds, but its crushs only sound like in a 1 time from 10
