Class Recommendation?

I'm looking for a class that has these three parameters.
1. Good in small scale oRvR fights
2. Effective despite high US West Coast ping
3. Simple rotation
Any ideas?

Slayer - easy rotation high dps easy to use and maneuver
Warriorpriest, mostly AOE healing abilities to spam, the way to become pro is clicking your teammates and applying 15s hot, and pressing your group cleanse when you have the tactic.
White Lion, just keybind your pet and make it attack the same target, spam buttons, at 31 run loner tactic and jump in groups of enemies (hopefully your guarded) and meatspin in the middle of them. Profit.
Those are the easiest classes imo. If you need any pointers dm me.

Stay away from: IB/BG too many buttons, SW/Mara because changing stance can be tricky with ping might hinder your experience, SM/BO their mechanic is extra clunky with higher ping, WE/WH have positional attacks can be tricky to get behind opponents with higher ping. Apart from these classes rest is fairly easy to play.
