Game crashed and cant play any more

Hello,
I got weired problem. I have played game for 2 weeks and nothing happened like this. Today i was playing RvR and game crashed (closed, returned to windows). I have lanched game pressed Play in character menu and waited to load game. It crasched again after loading screen. I have restarted PC and after this in character menu i can`t enter to game. Pressing Play dont do anything. I have removed my addons, repaired game files. Still the same. Sometimes when i press play it shows screen like in attachement and still nothing :/
Oh and my brothers say they can still see me online in game as online
I have checked and even cant create new character.
