Morales issues

I got basic standard UI
Sometimes when I log in game the keybinding for my morale bar is not working. For example, morale 1 is binded on F1, if i press it 50% of times wont work. I need to close and reopen game.

Question to veterans:
does this bug exist on bugtracker? I can't find it
because it's a pretty old issue

alt tab etc cause client ( fullscreen especially ) to bug into a lot of trouble, "morale circle" add on and such usually help mitigate or fix.
usually not use fullscreen if you dont have and add on line-up to fix client

did you tried run repair function in launcher?

already tried redownload client and repair. no luck

this issue kinda feel familiar but i forgot something about it, usually ankward issues are related to DEP but that fix mostly the crashes.... what OS are you using?
