Return of Reckoning

Excuse my English gentlemen. I haven't played for almost 1 year, and now that I want to play again this appears, I downloaded it again to the game from 0 but it still appears, did it happen to someone else? I also updated the windows, removed the read-only folder, changed the game disk, deactivated the antivirus, downloaded the game again, everything that was recommended on the page but it doesn't work, I don't know anymore something else happens
