Return of Reckoning

Since some days my character "Khalic" is bugged in a way that I can't get any influence in RvR anymore. I was at like 2,5k points and then suddenly I was at 0 points again and I also can't get any new points.
Even after server restart the points did not come back. On all my other characters things work normally.
Any help? Thanks in advance.

I suppose oblique /reloadui doesn't work, does it?
