QoL Improvement: Add Rare Dyes to Vendor

Spitballing a concept here, so as you read this please keep in mind I'd love more input and ideas from you!
Why should I care about Dyes?
A number of cosmetic dyes are unobtainable or were only available in limited amounts in the past for players.
The idea here is to add these dyes back to a vendor, where they can be purchased via gold, RvR currencies, etc.
What are the benefits?
1. This creates an optional further goldsink / currency sink for end-game / dedicated players.
2. It provides an alternative so players don't have to reach RR100 to get certain dyes.
3. It allows for more cosmetic freedom for players. (Fashionhammer, baby.)
Aren't these supposed to be rare?
Yes, and the cost per dye should reflect that. I've given some possible examples below to get started, but other ideas for currencies / costs are very welcome.
What kind of Dyes are we talking about?
Example list below. Costs are rough to get discussion started, so opinions on if it's too much / too little totally welcome.
Example Listing:
Khorne Gold Dye - 150g or xx Royals / Invaders
Snow White Dye - 250g or xx Royals / Invaders
Black Samdi Dye - 500g or xx Royals / Invaders
There's undoubtedly many other dyes that are hard to find / unavailable that could be added to this list, so would love to hear in the other comments if there are some you'd really like to see return, and how much you feel it should cost.
If this is something you'd like to see, please do drop a comment so we can get an accurate read on if people care a lot on the cosmetics or not.
