Hey,

there could be a few things that cause that. You can try to use the repair function (close game and launcher > open launcher > press the gear wheel > use the repair function).

You can always join the RoR discord (link in my signature) and we can check your files.

Is your windows locale set to Turkish? If so, can you try to switch it to English for the patching or if running repair from the launcher.

If you cant do that then:
You can also just take ınterface.myp audıo.myp vo_englısh.myp that are patched by the launcher since your turkish locale and copy them into same directory and giving them normal i's so the game can find them.
every time theres a new patch the launcher will again patch the ı ones so you have to constantly copy them and rename to i for the game to pick the correct ones
