Eternal Seed disappeared

Hello,
my BG Reprobate had the eternal seed for "Pale Serrissa" in her possession. Hence why the inventory is full with it.
However, said seed disappeared.
I think it had something to do with both regular and crafting inventory being overcrowded at the time of harvesting.
This probably happened during RvR, obtaining plenty of green items clogging up the inventory.
I tried relogging, repairing the client and checked bank and mail several times.
Now I find myself flustered and out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
