Yesterday we chose the heraldry of the guild, we followed the instructions that he put in the chat to choose it, he charged us 100 gold once but the emblem was not seen.
We did it again exactly the same, he charged us again 100 gold and the emblem we chose is still not seen.

Side note, this is on a list, because it is easily the most common frustration around new guilds. That and forming alliances.

Currently we are level 15 of the guild, that is, it already shows the heraldry in the back, the Shape, Base color, Pattern and Pattern color were changed, I imagine that until level 20, the emblem will not reveal then? Thank you very much for your quick response.
