No North America server?

Super excited, got the game open and started re-exploring the classes after almost 10 years.
An issue was that I was recommended to join a certain server when I logged in, it is an EU server, so I declined. However, I do not see any other available servers. I am in North America, and would love to play with other people in the states. Any reason why I wouldn't be able to see any other servers other than the one I was initially recommended to join?
