Shield WP/DoK absolutely THRIVE in scenario and are horrible in ORvR.

Get your rr high enough, make one rvr session, maybe even in dps spec and you have enough currency to buy healer set, if you break down higher tier currency. 3 conq medallion = almost whole t3 armor set.

yeah but to play shield wp/dok you need to do bb/be completed and get sovereign from rvr
