Return of Reckoning

The tactic "Split Arrows" reduces the range "Broad Head Arrows" to 65feet.
But at a distance of 100ft, the ability is active, there is no message "Target out of range", the animation of the shot is played, the GCD starts. This prevents other abilities from being used at this moment.
Fix it pls.
