I think they are rolling the Empire and Brettonia into one with hippogriff knights
I guess they will roll wood elves and high elves together in the Ulthuan expansion

Well from the early rumors theres 3 games 4 cultures per game and factions within in each culture. I guess Brettonia will be one of the Empire factions just with mounted troop advantages.
Same with Wood Elves I guess they will be the High Elf faction in the old world.

As long as Brettonia and Empire will have the same culture but will be actually two different factions (with more differences than few cosmerics), I don't mind.
