(ADD ON HELP) Little Black Book

Hey all!
I'm back for another set of questions. While I love Idrinth's site, 90% of the addons dont have a single description to what they even do, never mind how to use them.
This one, I have tried every possible combination of / commands and nothing...

The addon code show's there's windows and a config system and display...but I cant find ANY of it, much less, again, get it to open or activate in-game....
Any help would be great....and is it possible for the addons on Idrinth's site to get some actual descriptions as to what they even ARE??
