Return of Reckoning

Hey, on my map i have grey dots instead of chests as the symbol for PQ's. I know they normally are grey chests if the PQ has 1 or fewer players, while it is glowing yellow if 2+ people are on the PQ. But in my case, i only have a grey dot no matter what. How do i solve this?
