Lost event item

Dear Admins. After last server restart I've lost my brand new +18str item on one of my chars (Velkar).
Is there an option to get it back?

Did you check to see if u have the quest still? It might not have saved if the server was restarted too soon after you completed it.

Yes I did, the quest is completed :-/

I didnt get reward on my AM. I jumped while i was returning quest, it got completed, got exp but no item.
